PiXLSIGN has a great opportunity for a BD Manager to join our sales team based in UK. The Account Manager is primarily responsible for developing assigned accounts to drive new business opportunities with end-users and Design Consultants. The Account Manager will generate sales for our products through developing and maintaining client relationships and expanding the company’s current client base.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify sales prospects within Europe territory and provide accurate forecasts and activity reports to management
- Develop relationships with top area Consultants to ensure that PiXLSIGN is invited to participate in all Digital Signage RFP’s.
- Establishing Key Accounts and building on our already substantial client base with new clients in key verticals such as Government, Healthcare, Education, Oil & Gas, Industrial and Hospitality.
- Analyze cross-selling and up-selling opportunities ensuring that all company products and services have been thoroughly presented and the sales cycle successfully executed
- Identifying opportunities with new and existing customers within AV environments.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client’s preferred partner programs.
- Develop solutions and sales proposals levering existing inventory to actively liquidate stock inventories.
- Accountable for full sales updates, forecasting, pipeline reporting and business analysis summaries
- Responsible for developing and executing quarterly sales plans to expand existing client base and generate new business to meet established quota
- Develop price quotations and bid responses that are complete, accurate, and profitable.
- Follow up on leads within 24 hours of client inquiry
- Represent the company at technological briefings and trade shows as assigned
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to understand, present and demonstrate visual collaboration products and services to end-user customers
- Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
- Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion
- Proficient with tools CRM, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong and Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation
Education and/or Experience
- Minimum four-year degree.
- 5 years’ experience of direct selling in the Digital Signage domain in the European region.
- Must have worked on and closed deals worth USD100k with government or large enterprises.
