We are looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our family!
In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing and will be responsible to deliver the brand experiences and standards in a digital world.
Position
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company’s objectives.
- Produce marketing collateral -create artwork for all promotions both for print and digital marketing, including designs, signage, collateral, packaging etc. – Overall visual communication as per brand guidelines and the concepts
- Design Email Marketing campaigns.
- Manage photography and video.
- Plan and execute all web, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Develop and implement a creative and engaging Digital Marketing & Social Media Program.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence – Manage Social Media Content on a daily basis
- Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
- Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
- Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
- Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications. Monitoring third parties agencies (SEO, PR, paid digital) with monthly reviews, and tracking performance and company’s website and performing changes when needed, with the support of the corporate team

Qualifications
- 2-3 years in a demonstrable marketing role, digital preferred. Potential and attitude required to learn.
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
- Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture).
- Being up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Basic knowledge in creative design.
- Photography and videography skills.
- At least two years of work experience in a similar roles, within a luxury environment.
